The Dieter W. Bäuerle - Stiftung für Wissenschaft und Kunst / Dieter W. Baeuerle Foundation awards the

"Dieter W. Bäuerle Prize for Fundamentals and Applications of Laser-Matter-Interaction" / "Dieter W. Baeuerle Prize for Fundamentals and Applications of Laser-Matter-Interaction".

award.

The prize is awarded to young scientists up to ten years after completion of their doctoral thesis. It is intended to honour research work that deals with the fundamentals and applications of laser-matter interactions in physics, chemistry, life sciences, medicine and art. The prize money is 2,000 Euro.

Self-applications are possible. Two letters of reference should be submitted in time and independently. The deadline for applications is to announced later on.

The selection of the award winners will be decided by the Scientific Advisory Board. The legal process is excluded.

The award will be presented at a ceremony at Johannes Kepler University Linz.
